Agreement to these terms
This store is run by Michael Vireo. By using the store or buying a product or session, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.
Products and sessions
- 1:1 sessions: live tutoring sessions held over video. You pick your first session time at checkout, and any remaining sessions are scheduled together.
- Digital guides and bundles: downloadable documents delivered by email after purchase.
- SAT Scholar Membership: sold and managed on satscholar.org and covered by the SAT Scholar terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment goes through.
Scheduling and rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Please be on time; a session that starts late still ends at its scheduled time. If you need to change or cancel a booking, email michaelvireo@outlook.com.
Cancellations and refunds
- Guides and bundles: all sales are final. Digital products are not refundable once purchased.
- Tutoring sessions: only your first tutoring session is refundable. If you're not satisfied after your first session, email michaelvireo@outlook.com to request a refund for that session. All later sessions, including the remaining sessions in a package, are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: you can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice are not rescheduled or refunded.
Use of digital products
Guides and bundles are licensed for the buyer's personal, non-commercial study. You may not copy, share, resell or publish them.

SAT® is a trademark registered by the College Board, which is not affiliated with, and does not endorse, this store or its products.
No guarantees
We work hard to help every student improve, but we don't guarantee any particular SAT score or admission outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Michael Vireo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or session involved.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the store after changes means you accept them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
